About Maybe
Maybe is an experimental tool for exploring restaurant options and keeping track of places you might like to visit. These terms apply to the owner-private Maybe review. Publishing these terms does not make the application publicly accessible.
Maybe is not a restaurant, booking service or navigation service. Selecting a place or choosing “Yes” does not make a reservation, place an order or complete a purchase.
Restaurant information
Restaurant information can change. Names, categories, prices, menus, hours, availability and dietary suitability may be incomplete or outdated. Check important details directly with the restaurant before visiting or booking.
A place that is missing from a result or does not match a filter is not necessarily closed, unsuitable or unavailable. The selection covers a limited collection of places, not every restaurant in the area.
Links to menus, reservations and other websites lead to services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.
Google Maps
When enabled, Maybe includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of those features and content is subject to the current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Opening the interactive map sends information to Google as described in our Privacy Policy at https://policies.portemhq.com/privacy/. You can use the restaurant discovery features without opening the interactive map.
Do not remove Google’s attribution, misuse the map, or scrape or bulk-copy its content. Access to Google Maps features may be restricted or suspended if the applicable Google terms are violated.
Current feature limits
This review is configured for restaurant discovery and an optional map picker. Live Google ratings and calculated walking/driving times are not enabled under this version of these terms.
A straight-line radius is not a walking or driving distance. A selected map point does not establish that a route is safe or accessible. Check local conditions and use appropriate care when travelling.
Experimental availability
Maybe is a prototype. Features and results may change, become unavailable or contain errors. Browser-stored choices are not a permanent backup and may be lost when browser data is cleared or a session ends.
Use the application only through access granted to you. Do not attempt to bypass its access controls, disrupt its operation or use it unlawfully.
